SERVICES
Vows Wedding Chapel offers confidential marriage license, notary, officiant, and marriage ceremony related services (“Services”). The content and schedule of our Services may change without notice. By visiting our Site and/or booking something with us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
MEDIA RELEASE
You grant us the right to use your image, video, and shared content without payment or any other consideration. You understand that we may modify and distribute your content for promotional and operational purposes, including on our website and social media accounts. By agreeing to this, you confirm that you waive the rights to inspect or approve the finished product.
ONLINE BOOKING TERMS
You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). By booking a service through our online scheduling, you agree to purchase the service in your order for the price stated at the time of order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
DEPOSITS
Initial deposit will confirm your reservation and hold your event date. All deposits shall be non-refundable and non-transferable to another client. If final payment is not received by due date, we may cancel your reservation, and we will then have no further obligation.
REFUNDS AND DATE CHANGES
You may not receive a refund for services purchased from our online website or directly with one of our representatives. You may use your booking credit for up to 6 months provided that you meet all of the terms of our date change policies stated in our package agreement. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel or reschedule your event at least 14 days prior to the original date, we will honor your initial deposit towards a future date within 6 months. Should you choose not to reschedule within this 6 month period, the deposit will be forfeited. If rescheduling is necessary due late arrival at your scheduled time of ceremony, a rescheduling fee of $200 will apply. Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation of a Wedding package must be made directly with a Vows representative in writing, by email, or by texting 562-800-5417 to receive your credit.
If you are a no-show to a service without canceling, you will lose your all deposits.
You are solely responsible for managing your reservation and cancellations within the framework of our cancellation policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and products, is the property of Vows Wedding Chapel or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
